To save money I am an April boy I was born with my heart on my sleeve shirt seems. He was to be held responsible for the upkeep of the bridge since it is considered private property. However, the rains that we have had since last week washed away the bridge. The owner has done nothing, absolutely nothing to restore access to the homeowners. There are elderly, children, military living in the subdivision. The city, county all say they cannot do anything because of it being private property. No public funds can be mixed to help.
