Finally, and it varies by type of agriculture, country, etc., the vast majority of food starts with an individual farmer, farm family, family entity, etc. but to get to the final consumer the food flows through large corporate middlemen, many who are owned by farmer cooperatives, many are private ag companies, and in some cases/country they are government owned or controlled. So, the answer to the question is depends on your perspective on what you consider a corporation on who provides the most food.
